Obstetrics Jobs

Obstetrics jobs are health care professionals that diagnose and treat women's conditions related to prenatal, natal, and postnatal health. Many of these professionals may also work in gynecology, as they can conduct physical exams and give medical advice about women's reproductive systems. Specializations in certain areas are also common of obstetrics jobs.

Most prospective obstetrics job seekers have at least 4 years of undergraduate education, 4 years of medical school, a year of internship study, and at least 4 years within a residency program. Licensure and certification must also be attained after completion of the formal education aspect as it is considered necessary by employers.
