Rehabilitation Counselor Jobs

Rehabilitation counselor jobs are responsible for providing assistance to their patients that have different emotional, physical, and mental disorders and conditions. By giving counseling services to help elevate the strengths of their patients and arrange medical care, vocational training, and job placement.

Educationally, requirements for rehabilitation counselor jobs usually involve a master's degree and passing State licensure and certification requirements. Attending an accredited educational program, completing an internship, and passing a written examination fulfills the requirements. Individuals must also be re certified through continuing education every 5 years.
